Local Storage

Your financial data is primarily stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite databases. This means your sensitive financial information stays on your device by default.

Cloud Sync (Premium Feature)

If you enable cloud sync:

Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS
Data is stored on Supabase servers with industry-standard security measures
You can disable cloud sync at any time from Settings

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including:

Encrypted local database storage
Secure authentication with JWT tokens
HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Secure credential storage using platform-specific secure storage

Third-Party Services

Mindspend uses the following third-party services:

Account Deletion

Go to Settings in the App
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision

This will permanently delete all your data from our servers.

Children's Privacy

Mindspend is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Data Retention

Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or clear App data
Cloud Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
Analytics Data: Anonymized data may be retained for up to 2 years for service improvement

International Data Transfers

If you access Mindspend from outside the European Union, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws.
